TIm Back adopts a 162 year old Ash Tree....
ISA certified Arborist, Tim Back, adopted an 150- to 175 year old Ash Tree in the
beautiful Spring Grove Cemetery
Arboretum on
Strauch Island
. Pictured below
is the fascinating
old tree that will continue to flourish without fear of the Emerald
Ash Borer. It's time folks realized Ash trees can be saved, young or old.
Our crew had to cross the water to the tree by boat. Our Vertical Mulching crew toted
their materials trip after trip to treat 4,000-5,000 sq feet.
This massive Ash tree has been adopted by Tim Back and will be treated at no cost
to the
Spring Grove Cemetery
and arboretum.
